§ 90.04 DISTURBING THE PEACE.

No person owning any dog shall permit such dog to disturb the peace and quiet of the town by barking, making other loud or unusual noises, or by running through, across or depositing waste upon, any cultivated grounds, fields or lawns within the town limits.
