§ 90.03 IMPOUNDMENT.

The Chief of Police, or other public safety officers of the town, shall impound any dog found running at large or violating any of the conditions of this chapter and shall forthwith deliver such dog to the nearest Humane Society to be dealt with insofar as redemption or disposal is concerned in accordance with the rules and regulations of such Society.
