(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to propel, drive or operate any vehicle of any kind whatsoever in the town at a speed in excess of ten mph, except upon Highway A1A.
(B) The maximum speed on the following residential streets within the town shall be 20 mph: Briny Breezes Boulevard; Old Ocean Boulevard. Violation of the speed limit established under this division (B) shall be cited as a moving violation, punishable as provided in F.S. Ch. 318.
