§ 71.07 RECORDS.
   The Town Clerk or Deputy Town Clerk shall prepare and maintain a record of the official acts of the traffic infractions administrative hearing. This record shall set forth the substance of the charges preferred against each person brought before the traffic infractions administrative hearing and the decision rendered in each case.
