The Town Clerk shall attend or shall designate a Deputy Town Clerk to attend all sessions of the traffic infractions administrative hearing, to prepare and maintain its records under the direction of the Municipal Administrative Judge and to perform any duties pertaining to the office of Clerk of the traffic infractions administrative hearing. The Marshal shall designate a Deputy Marshal to serve as the executive officer of the traffic infractions administrative hearing and to enforce order thereat under the direction of the Municipal Administrative Judge.
