§ 71.03 FUNCTIONS AND POWERS.
   The traffic infractions administrative hearing shall hear all cases of noncriminal traffic infractions as provided for in F.S. Chs. 316 and 318 as hereafter amended. The functions and powers of the traffic infractions administrative hearing shall be those as provided in F.S. Ch. 318 as hereafter amended.
