§ 71.01 ESTABLISHMENT; PRESIDING OFFICER.
   There is hereby established a traffic infractions administrative hearing, which shall be presided over by an official with the title of Municipal Administrative Judge, who shall be responsible for hearing noncriminal traffic infractions as provided for in F.S. Chs. 316 and 318 as hereafter amended and the town traffic ordinances.
