§ 70.16 DAMAGING STREETS AND SIDEWALKS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle or other thing or vehicle over the streets, alleys or sidewalks of the town in such a manner as to damage the streets, alleys or sidewalks.
