§ 70.13 REGULATIONS REGARDING APPROACHING AND PASSING A SCHOOL BUS.
   Every person using, operating or driving a motor vehicle upon or over the public streets and highways of the town, approaching in the same or opposite direction any bus or other motor vehicle used in transporting school children to or from school, while such bus or other motor vehicle is stopped or engaged in taking on or discharging school children therefrom upon the streets and highways of the town, is required to bring such motor vehicle to a full stop before passing such school bus or other motor vehicle, provided such school bus or such motor vehicle used in transporting school children is clearly marked for identification with the words “SCHOOL BUS”.
