§ 50.01 INTENT AND PURPOSE.
   It is the intent and purpose of this chapter to protect the water resources of the town from the harmful effects of overutilization during periods of water shortage and allocate available water supplies by assisting the South Florida Water Management District in the implementation of its water shortage plan.
