§ 35.14 DESIGNATION OF HEARINGS.
   The Town Council shall designate by Town Council resolution the specific code violations which will be heard by the Special Magistrate and the specific code violations which will be heard by the Code Enforcement Board. The resolution may require all violations to be heard by either body.
