§ 35.06 REPRESENTATION.

(A) The Town Council shall designate the person to represent the town by presenting cases before the CEB. When the CEB is in need of legal counsel, the Town Council shall appoint an attorney to advise the CEB. The Town Attorney shall not serve in both capacities.

(B) In cases before the Magistrate, the Town Council shall designate the person to represent the town by presenting the town's case.
