For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CODE INSPECTOR. Any authorized agent or employee of the Town of Briny Breezes whose duty it is to assure code compliance.
ENFORCEMENT BOARD. The Town of Briny Breezes Code Enforcement Board.
LOCAL GOVERNING BODY. The governing body of the Town of Briny Breezes, however designated.
LOCAL GOVERNING BODY ATTORNEY. The legal counselor for the town.
REPEAT VIOLATION. A violation of a provision of a code or ordinance by a person who has been previously found through the town's Code Enforcement Board or Special Magistrate to have violated, or who has admitted violating, the same provision within five years prior to the violation, notwithstanding the violations occur at different locations.
