§ 34.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 34.15 through 34.26, upon conviction thereof, may be sentenced to pay a fine, not to exceed $500, and may be sentenced to a definite term of imprisonment, not to exceed 60 days, in a municipal detention facility or other facility as authorized by law, or may be both so fined and imprisoned within the discretion of the Court. Any act which is a violation of §§ 34.15 through 34.26 and which by its nature is continuous, shall be deemed a separate violation for each day such violation exists.
