§ 34.24 AUDIT OF SALES AND TAX COLLECTION RECORDS OF SERVICE PROVIDERS.
   The town, and its agents authorized for such purposes, shall have the right and authority to audit the sales and tax collection records of any provider of utility services which are subject to the town’s public service tax.
