§ 34.20 DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE FOR PURCHASER’S FAILURE TO PAY TAX.
   (A)   If any purchaser of the utilities, services and items taxed under this subchapter shall fail, neglect or refuse to pay to the service provider the charge for the services provided and the public service tax hereby imposed and as hereby required on account of the purchase for which such charge is made, or either, the service provider is hereby authorized to immediately discontinue further service to such purchaser until the tax and the seller’s bill shall have been paid in full.
   (B)   The service provider shall immediately report all such failures to pay the taxes imposed hereunder to the town.
