The Town Clerk, together with the assistance of the Town Attorney as may be required, shall prepare and distribute an agenda for each special meeting of the Town Council. The Town Clerk shall promptly deliver a copy of the agenda to the members of the Town Council and interested parties and post a copy of the agenda in the same manner as provided for giving public notice of meetings. The Town Clerk shall provide additional copies of the agenda for the public as may be reasonably required. No business shall be transacted at a special meeting other than that which is stated in the public notice thereof.
