§ 33.02 INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR SPECIAL MEETING REQUEST.
   A request for a special meeting of the Town Council by the Mayor or an Alderman shall contain the following information:
   (A)   The request shall specify the type of special meeting the Council members are being asked to attend, such as an official meeting of the Town Council, or a Council workshop session, or a Local Planning Agency meeting or workshop session, or some other type of assembly.
   (B)   The request shall state the reason, purpose or subject matter for which the special meeting is being called, and the business to be transacted at the special meeting shall be limited to those matters that are reasonably included therein.
   (C)   If the need for the meeting arises from an emergency that requires the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety or general welfare, an explanation of the nature of the emergency shall be included in the request.
   (D)   The request shall state the place, date and time at which the meeting is to be held.
