§ 33.01 REQUEST FOR SPECIAL MEETING WHEN TOWN COUNCIL IS NOT IN SESSION.
   Whenever the Town Council is not in session, the Mayor or an Alderman of the town may request that a special meeting of the Town Council be convened by signing and dating a written request therefor and delivering the request to the Town Clerk for immediate presentation to the remaining Council members. An example of a form that may be used by a Council member to request a special meeting is set forth in Appendix A to this chapter, which Appendix A is made and declared to be a part of this enactment.
