§ 31.01 JUDGE AD LITEM; MAYOR.
   During the absence, disability or disqualification of the Mayor to act as Municipal Judge of the town, the President of the Town Council shall appoint a Judge Ad Litem to act as Judge in the place and stead of the Mayor.
