§ 112.43 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Violation; right to revoke. Every license issued under this subchapter is subject to the right which is hereby expressly reserved to revoke the same should the licensee directly or indirectly permit the operation of any cigarette vending machine contrary to the provisions of this subchapter, the ordinances of the village, or the laws of the state.
   (B)   Notice to licensee. Said license may be revoked by the Village Board after written notice which shall specify the ordinance or law violation with which the licensee is charged.
   (C)   Hearing. The licensee shall be entitled to a hearing on said charge, said hearing to be held before the Village Board, or a member thereof designated by the Mayor to conduct said hearing. At such hearing, the licensee may appear with counsel and may present evidence on his or her behalf.
