§ 112.19 LICENSE CLASSIFICATION; NUMBER; FEES.
   The issuance of a license to sell beverage alcohol or intoxicating liquors shall be pursuant to the following classifications.
   (A)   License classification.
 
Class A license
Taverns
Class B license
Package liquor store
Class C license
License for serving liquor at social events
Class D license
Restaurant
 
   (B)   Limitation on number issued.
      (1)   The village may issue four Class A licenses.
      (2)   The village may issue four Class B licenses.
      (3)   The village may issue Class C licenses with Mayor approval.
      (4)   The village may issue four Class D licenses.
   (C)   Fee schedule.
      (1)   The issuance of licenses to sell beverage alcohol or intoxicating liquors shall be according to the following fee schedule:
         (a)   Class A licenses (taverns): a yearly fee of $800 and shall be payable annually in advance;
         (b)   1.   Class B licenses (package liquor stores): a yearly fee of $400 and shall be payable annually in advance; and
            2.   SUNDAY LICENSE. A license classification that enables Class A, Class B, and Class D licensees to sell liquor from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. on Sunday. The charge for a Sunday Class B license shall be an additional yearly fee of $750 payable annually in advance.
         (c)   Class C license: per event, a fee of $25 payable in advance; and
         (d)   Class D licenses (restaurants): a yearly fee of $800 shall be payable annually in advance.
      (2)   All licenses of each class authorized to be issued by the village shall be automatically revoked upon failure to make any payment when due.
