§ 35.001 ONLINE BILL PAYMENT FOR THE VILLAGE.
   (A)   The Village Treasurer and Village Clerk are authorized and empowered to pay the routine, ordinary, and approved bills incurred by the village through online payment services.
   (B)   The Village Treasurer and Village Clerk are further authorized and empowered to take all steps necessary with those vendors or the village that accept online payments to become registered with such vendors in order to pay said bills online.
