§ 32.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Refusal to carry out the orders of the shelter manager and his or her appointed staff pursuant to § 32.16 shall be deemed a misdemeanor punishable as provided in § 10.99(A).
