§ 32.07 CHAIN OF COMMAND.

It shall be the responsibility of the Coordinator to establish a working chain of command within the ESDA organization to ensure efficiency during times of disaster. Further, the Coordinator will distribute this chain of command to all appropriate officials and department heads.
