Building Information Sheet
The following is intended as information to help you with the completion of the zoning permit.
• Drawings (can be hand drawn), building plans, and/or specifications of any structure which is the subject matter of the application must accompany the application. Failure to provide such drawings, specifications, and plans will result in the denial of your application.
• No Permit will be issued until the zoning inspector and the zoning board has determined the zoning classification of the area in which you intend to build.
• Incomplete or incorrect answers will result in denial of your application.
• You must furnish the legal description along with your application, the legal description shall be given as it is shown on your deed or title evidence tax statement.
• You shall commence no construction prior to having the building permit in your possession, any construction work started prior to the issuance of the permit may become a loss to you in the event the permit is denied.
The permit is not valid without the signature of the Village of Brighton Zoning Inspector.
