§ 154.65 ENFORCEMENT OFFICER, DUTIES.
   The Administrator, as defined in § 154.06, is hereby authorized and directed to administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter. This broad responsibility encompasses, but is not limited to, the following specific duties:
   (A)   To review and forward preliminary plats to the planning committee;
   (B)   To transmit improvement plans to the Municipal Engineer for his or her review;
   (C)   To review and forward final plats to the Board of Trustees;
   (D)   To issue stop orders as necessary when the Municipal Engineer determines that approved improvements are being constructed in violation of this chapter;
   (E)   To pursue actions authorized by § 154.47(G) when a developer fails to complete required improvements;
   (F)   To evaluate and pass upon proposed changes in approved final plats;
   (G)   To review and forward applications for subdivision variances to the planning committee;
   (H)   To periodically review the provisions of this chapter to determine whether revisions are needed, and to make recommendations on such matters to the planning committee as necessary;
   (I)   To maintain up-to-date records of matters pertaining to this chapter, including, but not limited to, preliminary plats, as-built records of completed improvements, final plats, variances, and amendments; and
   (J)   To provide information to subdividers/developers and to the general public on matters related to this chapter.
