§ 31.53 ORGANIZATION AND RULES.
   (A)   Immediately following their appointment, the members of the Planning Commission shall meet, organize, elect a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and a secretary, and such other officers as they may deem necessary, and adopt and later change or alter rules and regulations, organization, and procedures consistent with the provisions of this subchapter and state laws.
   (B)   The Commission shall keep written records of its proceedings, which shall be open at all times to public inspection, and shall also file an annual report with the Mayor and Board of Trustees, setting forth its transactions and recommendations.
   (C)   The rules and regulations of the Planning Commission shall be filed in the office of the Village Clerk and may be amended at any meeting. The rules are effective upon filing in the office of the Village Clerk.
