§ 153.05 DUTIES OF THE VILLAGE CLERK.
   The Mayor or his or her duly appointed agent, hereinafter called the permit officer, shall be responsible for the general administration of this chapter and ensure that all development activities under the jurisdiction of the village meet the requirements of this chapter. The Village Clerk shall be responsible for receiving applications and examining the plans and specifications for the application, and forward the application to the Planning Committee. The permit officer shall require any additional measures which are necessary to meet the minimum requirements of this chapter.
