In the event the deposit is not sufficient to pay for all the repairs, the Board of Trustees or its duly authorized agent shall make demand on the individual, firm, corporation, organization, or utility so causing damage to the public properties of the village for additional funds which will be sufficient to make all the repairs to restore the public properties to their original condition.
