§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating §§ 151.15 through 151.17 shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A) for each offense.
   (C)   (1)   Any person or entity found to be in violation of §§ 151.30 through 151.36 shall be fined not less than $200 and not more than $250 per day for each day the violation is found to have occurred. For any owner who is found to be in violation of §§ 151.30 through 151.36 for a second or more offense, within a five-year period, the fine shall be $500 per day for each day the violation is found to have occurred.
      (2)   The village shall also be entitled to a reimbursement for its attorney fees, court costs, and expenses of litigation incurred in the successful prosecution of any violation of §§ 151.30 through 151.36.
