(A) The “Village of Brighton Comprehensive Plan Update” dated March, 2016, which contains descriptive narrative and maps relating to proposed land uses and major streets, is hereby adopted as the official comprehensive plan for the village and adjoining territory within one and one-half miles of the municipal boundaries of the village.
(B) The Village Clerk is hereby directed to record one copy of the ordinance from which this section is derived in Macoupin County, and one copy of the ordinance from which this section is derived in Jersey County to serve as a notice in the public records with the Macoupin County Recorder of Deeds and the Jersey County Recorder of Deeds.
