(A) Inhaling prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person in the village to sniff, inhale, or breathe the vapors of any glue, kerosene, gasoline, cleaning fluid, or other substance not manufactured or produced for such human consumption for the purpose of becoming intoxicated.
(B) Encouraging violation. It shall be unlawful for any person to command, encourage, request, aid, or abet any other person to violate the provisions of this section.
