§ 113.05 VIOLATIONS; LICENSE REVOCATION.
   Any licensed peddler or hawker who shall be guilty of any fraud, cheating, or misrepresentation, whether through himself or herself or through an employee, while acting as a peddler in the village, or who shall barter, sell, or peddle any goods, wares, or merchandise other than those specified in the application for a license shall be fined as provided in § 113.99 for each such offense, and the Mayor and Board of Trustees may revoke his or her license for such offense.
