All peddlers or hawkers of any merchandise, article, or thing other than foodstuffs, hawking, or peddling their wares within the village may do so only within the hours of 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., and in the event of a violation of the hours specified, the same penalty as provided in § 113.99 shall be applicable to a violation hereof.
