The fees for such licenses shall be the following.
(A) With vehicle. For peddlers using a cart, wagon, automobile, or other vehicle, the fee shall be $250 for each such vehicle for an annual license, and $45 for each such vehicle for a daily license.
(B) Without vehicle. For peddlers not using any such vehicle, the fee shall be $250 for an annual license and $45 for a daily license.
