§ 31.18 BOARD MEETINGS.
   (A)   The Village Clerk shall attend all regular and special meetings of the Village Board of Trustees. The Village Clerk shall also perform duties on behalf of the Water and Sewer Department of the village, when needed.
   (B)   The Village Clerk shall also carry out and perform all other duties normally expected and required to be performed by a Village Clerk for the compensation hereinafter specified.
