The annual compensation to be paid to the Zoning Board and Zoning Inspector shall be determined during the first quarter of each fiscal year by the Board of Trustees of the village at a regular or special meeting by motion duly made, seconded, and adopted by majority vote of the Board of Trustees. In the event the Board declines to make any changes to the annual compensation, the current rate then being paid shall continue, until further changes are made by the Board of Trustees.
