§ 94.11 ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENT OR DISEASE TO ANY DOG OR CAT.

The Chief of Police, his or her designated agent, animal control officer, or any duly authorized agent enforcing the provisions of this chapter shall not be held responsible for any accident or disease that may happen to any animal.
