§ 94.04 ENFORCEMENT.
   It is the duty of the administrator to enforce the provisions of this chapter. The administrator, his or her assistants, and animal control officer(s) are, in accordance with this chapter and for the purpose of enforcing it, clothed with power of the police officers of the village and, within such village, are peace officers in the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, including issuance and service of citations and orders, and as such peace officers, have the power to make arrests on view or on warrants for violation of this chapter, and to execute and serve all notices, warrants, and processes issued by the Court.
