§ 92.07 PROCEDURE UPON NONCOMPLIANCE.
   In the event the owner or occupant of the property where such nuisance exists has failed within the prescribed time to abate such nuisance, then the police officer or the inspector of the village who served such notice, or other authorized village employee or official, shall file a complaint charging violation of this code with the Circuit Court charging a violation of this code. The village may seek either or both injunctive and penal relief demanding that the owner of the property or the occupant thereof, or both, be fined as stated in this code; and, that they be ordered by the court to abate such nuisance as herein provided.
