(A) Placement in streets. No person shall deposit or place any garbage or refuse of any kind whatever in any street, alley, or public way unless the said garbage or refuse shall be placed in covered containers.
(B) Burning of refuse and garbage. Refuse shall be burned only after 6:00 a.m. and before 7:00 p.m. or sundown. No garbage of any kind shall be burned within the limits of the village.
(C) Windblown garbage. No such garbage or refuse shall be so placed that it can be blown or scattered by the wind.
