It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or permit to be driven any truck trailer, tractor, or other motor vehicle with a gross weight of more than eight tons on any street in the village, with the exception of the following:
(A) Such load limit shall not apply to West Center Street, beginning at its intersection with State Route 111 and traveling in a westerly direction on West Center Street, to the corporate limits of the village; and
(B) Such load limit shall not apply to East City Limits Road, beginning at its intersection with State Route 111 and traveling in an easterly direction on East City Limits Road, to the corporate limits of the village.
