(A) No parking areas. There shall be no parking in the following areas:
(1) Belvedere Place on the inner circle, as follows:
(a) From the right side of the driveway of Lot 29 to the left side of the driveway of Lot 31;
(b) From the right side of the driveway of Lot 33 to the end of the property line of Lot 33; and
(c) At the corner of Lot 4 for approximately 30 feet on each side of the corner.
(2) Brown Street, either side, from South Main Street on the west end to Seminary Road on the east end;
(3) East Center Street, south side, from Main Street to 110 East Center Street, but not including 100 East Center Street;
(4) High Street, except that temporary parking with the driver in car shall be permitted on the north side of said street to deliver and pick up children at school;
(5) Maple Street, south corporate limits northerly to the Village Limits Road;
(6) Market Street, either side, from Center Street to Myrtle Street between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. on every day of the week, Sunday through Saturday;
(7) On either side of Myrtle Street from U.S. Highway 111 to its intersection with Market Street, with said restrictions continuing for 100 feet from Myrtle Street northbound on Market Street;
(8) North Main Street, east side, within 20 feet of the intersection of North Main Street and Moore Street;
(9) North Street and North Main Street, from the intersection, south for 20 feet on the west side of North Main Street; and
(10) West Center Street, either side, between North Main Street and Highway U.S. 67-111.
(B) Handicapped parking. No person, other than a qualified disabled person, shall park in any parking space in the village posted as a handicapped parking area; said areas to be designated by rule and regulation of the Board of Trustees and noted in the minutes when said areas are approved by the Village Board.
(C) Angle parking. When parking on the following streets or parts of streets, all vehicles shall be parked at an angle with the right front wheel toward the sidewalk:
(1) Main Street, east side, between Center Street and 209 North Main Street;
(2) Main Street, west side, between Center Street and North Street; and
(3) North Main Street, east and west sides, for 175 feet north of the intersection of Vine Street and North Main Street.
