Operating a non-highway vehicle on village streets is a privilege and not a right. Any person who has a permit to operate a non-highway vehicle on village streets and is found to have violated this chapter may have his or her permit suspended or revoked by an officer of the Village Police Department. Decisions of said police officer shall only be reversed or modified by a majority vote of the Board of Trustees of the village.
