§ 72.04 PROHIBITED LOCATIONS.

   Operation of a non-highway vehicle is prohibited in the following locations:

   (A)   Any state roads within the village corporate limits, with the exception of crossing at an approved location;

   (B)   Any street, highway, or roadway that has a posted speed limit of more than 30 mph;

   (C)   Sidewalks;

   (D)   Walking, running, or bike paths;

   (E)   Any unpaved area of the village parks, with the exception of approved parking at sanctioned events; and

   (F)   Any private real property within the village without the written authorization of the owner.
