(A) Checking accounts and checks. The Mayor, the Village Clerk, and the Village Treasurer shall sign the signature cards on all other checking accounts, and all checks drawn on said accounts shall require a minimum of two of the three signatures of the forenamed persons.
(B) Certificates of deposit and savings accounts. The Mayor, the Village Clerk, and the Village Treasurer shall sign all signature cards for certificates of deposit and savings accounts, and it shall require a minimum of two signatures of the forenamed three persons in all banking transactions pertaining to said certificates of deposit or savings accounts.
(C) Safe deposit box. Any of the following may enter the safe deposit box of the Water and Sewer Department:
(1) Mayor;
(2) Village Clerk; and
(3) Village Treasurer.
