§ 50.02 WATER AND SEWER REPORTS.
   (A)   Filing on timely basis.
      (1)   The person in charge of the municipal sewer system shall prepare and sign all reports required by law on a timely basis and have said reports ready for filing at the proper time.
      (2)   The person in charge of the municipal water system shall prepare and sign all reports required by law on a timely basis and have said reports ready for filing at the proper time.
   (B)   Signature of Mayor or Board member required.
      (1)   All sewer and water reports shall be presented to the Mayor on a regular basis to be countersigned by the Mayor.
      (2)   In the absence of the Mayor through illness, vacation, or some other reason that the Mayor is absent from the village at the time the report is required to be signed, then a member of the Board of Trustees, so designated as an authorized agent of the Board, shall sign said reports in place of the Mayor.
      (3)   No report shall be submitted to the State Environmental Protection Agency without first being countersigned by the Mayor or by its authorized representative, as established by the Mayor and the Board of Trustees.
