§ 33.048 EMERGENCY COORDINATION CENTER.
   The Emergency Manager shall establish and staff an Emergency Coordination Center (ECC) equipped with a communications system to support government operations in emergencies and provide other essential support to families and equipment for agencies and activities assigned emergency functions. An alternate ECC will also be established in the case the ECC is not able to operate in an emergency.
