(A) Candidates elected at the general election shall begin their term of office at 12:00 p.m. on the first Monday in January following their election.
(B) The oaths of office shall be given to the elected officials by any judge, notary public or by the City Recorder at 12:00 p.m. on the first Monday in January following their election or as soon thereafter as is practical.
(C) All oaths of office shall be filed with the City Recorder.
